How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Oksleep Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- What happened when you called or contacted Oksleep Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we matched you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record, much like keeping a receipt.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Oksleep Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@oksleep.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply about what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
