Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Oksleep Tree Service wants oksleep.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site work for as many people as we can. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If Something Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@oksleep.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@oksleep.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished, like a house that needs regular upkeep. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
